Just wanted to pass along that if there’s a week where perch is in short supply people should definitely have the pike as not only an option but a great one! The pike is my new favorite! Very meaty, no bones, and breaded perfect. My only complaint was because I didn’t order the large portion and take some home! Nice work Jess.
