This cozy and quiet gym is honestly the perfect gym . It is up to date in equipment and the staff are phenomenal. Unlike the loud and messy commercial gyms , this one is clean and less cluttered with inconsiderate people. The respect for the gym and also the clients is very real here .
Disappointed with how this gym handles trainer-client relationships. After having a good first session with a trainer, I was abruptly terminated from my training package less than 12 hours before my next session with no explanation provided by either the trainer or gym management. When I came to collect my refund and expressed my concerns to front desk staff about the unprofessional treatment, it became clear this gym doesn't have proper oversight of how their trainers communicate with clients. Club 1 Studios! Club1 has become my gym FAMILY 5-6 days a week for the past while, and is now my home gym! In the past year I’ve lost 110lbs through a huge lifestyle change primarily, falling in love with fitness.
