Absolute worthless company that doesn’t honor its warranties. I’ve been trying to process a warranty claim with Ace since December 2023. He has told me multiple times that he has processed my claim but refuses to follow-up or provide shipping information. This company doesn’t stand behind its product. I would encourage you to shop elsewhere. Response to Owner: While I’m glad that you responded, you did not assume ownership of the issue and have not addressed my claim.
The flood light is well made, price is very reasonable. I will buy their fixtures if I ever need them in the future.
The quality of this company's products is quite good. They have their own factory, and their service staff are very professional. The prices are also cheaper than elsewhere. I am very satisfied with my purchase experience.
