I’ve been seeing Dr. Thomas and all his office staff for 3+ yrs, and I love love love every single person I’ve met. I’m truly shocked by some of the reviews, I’ve not had a negative experience in all that time. We, all of us, have off days, bad days, exhausting days, running behind days and days where nothing seems to go as well as it should. I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for a while now he is a professional doctor with a compassionate side who is very informative and wants to help you to relieve pain. He generally seems to want to help people feel better. He listens and he allows you to speak and does not rush you in or out.. I have recommended my closest friend and I would recommend others.
This office will never answers their phone and they take several days sometimes weeks to call you back. They were over an hour and half behind with no courtesy call. I tried to call for my next visit ahead to see if they were behind but of course as usual no one ever answers the phone. I think after this visit I am going to look into seeing a new doctor. The front desk staff is the absolute most rude person I have encountered in my life.
