Dr Attia at this clinic is absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Unfortunately, the office and administrative process have been extremely disappointing. I’ve been dealing with a billing issue for over three months, and despite numerous emails, phone calls, and assurances that it would be resolved, nothing has been done. Dr Abraham Lee was a nice doctor thorough but I had a very poor and bad experience when dealing with scheduling my 2D echo and haulter monitor placement. April 9 was my schedule for 2D echo and haulter monitor, I called since they did not give me any notification if my appt is confirmed. Staff said the tech did not confirm so on the day of my appt. Dr Nicole Sheung is an amazing Doctor, she is exceptional, emphatetic and compassionate. Dr Sheung always listens to my concerns and takes all the necessary time to make sure I understand what is needed to improve my health. I really appreciate how comfortable, relax and at ease all her staff makes me feel during my appointments.
