Dr. clower was very nice, friendly, and was reasonable. He helped turn my smile for the better. The manager Tra' was very understandable, kind, funny, and is very talented at what he was doing especially with him running the front and dealing with the doctor. Roxana was very informative and chandler is cool. Great staff and regardless of what everybody else went through, my experience was worth it.

Absolutely the worst place i have ever walked into! hasn't been updates in a good 30 years, stained chairs to sit in, just out right nasty! the staff is on a new level of unprofessional! waited for a consultation for almost 2 hours, just to walk out because paying FULL price some where is better then go to this office! Wait times ridiculous...terrible customer service, and brackets fall off immediately after you leave the office. Stay away from this place.

Please answer the phone when we call to make an appointment. My daughter has not seen the orthodontist in months because we had to cancel her appointment and cannot get in touch with anyone to reschedule. Every time we go we have to wait for hours. This office needs a better scheduling tool so people don't have to wait so long. The office space could definitely use some upgrades but I would feel better about dealing with it if the service was good.

The Gainesville office is nothing more than a Medicaid racket. The back office resembles a third world country with equipment that looks to have been bought at a salvage sale. Children are lined up like cattle as far as you can see. The staff from the dentist to the hygienist and receptionist are incredibly rude and disrespectful to the patients and families. They provide substandard care and bill Medicaid excessively. A veterinarian would provide better care.

Rude non-communicative staff; extremely long wait (up to 4 hours); doctor who defends staff even when they're clearly wrong; overcrowded waiting area with old furniture in unwelcoming environment

Worst doctor I’ve ever had! My teeth was supposed to be fixed, not screwed up even more! I never seen a doctor who doesn’t give a damn.
