Please answer the phone when we call to make an appointment. My daughter has not seen the orthodontist in months because we had to cancel her appointment and cannot get in touch with anyone to reschedule. Every time we go we have to wait for hours. This office needs a better scheduling tool so people don't have to wait so long. The office space could definitely use some upgrades but I would feel better about dealing with it if the service was good.
Worst doctor I’ve ever had! My teeth was supposed to be fixed, not screwed up even more! I never seen a doctor who doesn’t give a damn.
The WORST place ever!! Rude employees including Dr. Clower. Three hour waits every single time. I’ve had braces on for FOUR years with them. Waste of time. I’m trying to transfer to another orthodontist but never get a response.
Great! Doctor. Staff is amazing. They treat there client's with respect and dignity.
This place is horrible. You wait for hours. There is nowhere to sit. I Do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
This place is horrible! System is outdated, they are still using paper charts and appointment books. You sit and wait for hours for your appt. Ridiculous. They are crooks. This has been the worst experience ever
Trust me.... Don't be fooled by the fake great ratings. This office is horrible. Don't settled just because they accept Medicaid. You still deserve excellent service.
