I’m in the process of looking for primary care dr but needed to be seen. They opened at 8am, & got me in right away. The staff & Dr were so friendly & thorough. I am very impressed with this urgent care! Great people that you can tell enjoy what they do, which is make people feel better when they are sick!
Not a bad experience. I had the flu and they helped a lot
I went to this Urgent Care because it’s close to my work. I was having extreme pain in my shoulder after an injury. I arrived distraught and in tears from the pain. I wasn’t sleeping and I went to a different urgent care the day before to get relief and nothing. Dr was able to let me know my injury was in 2 tendons and gave me a shot of cortisone in one of the tendons. While it was painful going into the nerve, I felt immediate relief. When I needed to get an x-Ray on my ankle on a Sunday, I was so glad to go online and find that Clovis Urgent Care was open and did x-rays. I got in, seen, and given a brace. All of the staff were nice, especially the doctor. Also, before I went, it was easy to check their website and make sure that they accepted my insurance. Thank you for your assistance!
The staff was very efficient, pleasant, and experienced. I was seen promptly and they addressed my problem effectively. They worked with me on handling my insurance requirements. I highly recommend them. The facility was clean and well organized. The equipment was all reasonably new and in good shape.
Great place to get care when you are sick.
