The most honest company I’ve ever dealt with. I asked them to come install valves (turns out that I didn’t need). Instead of charging a diagnostic fee, they asked for a few photos and sent me the YouTube video on how to fix my problem—all for no charge. They also happily spent at least 20 minutes on the phone guiding me through what to do. Can’t thank them enough for being honest and helpful
