First, he orders the wrong test performed and says sorry. Then, I had to wait a month for the correct testing. Second, they didn't bill my insurance properly and tried to charge me for the wrong test that he subjected me to. Again, he said "Sorry". Now it is nearly 2.5 years later and I get a collection notice saying I still owe him.
