After being patients here for 12+ years years all 3 of my kids are dropped due to missed appointments. No coverage immediately! They will be available by phone for me for less than 30 days. I received my first charge for a missed appointment less then a month ago! Mind you they stopped doing call reminders with no notice. Yes we missed appointments this year.
