After being patients here for 12+ years years all 3 of my kids are dropped due to missed appointments. No coverage immediately! They will be available by phone for me for less than 30 days. we went here 4 times and i never loved the care we were given but on our last visit we had a pretty terrible experience that made us leave. i was concerned about the way my daughter reacted to her vaccines and was told to bring her in by the nurse as she was also concerned when i called and explained what i was noticing only to be told everything was “normal” by the doctor when we came in. when i asked for more anticipatory guidance i was told i should have read a booklet provided to me (i was never given a booklet and it wa... read more
We absolutely love love Dr. Glen and all the nurses. However the lady at the front desk is not friendly at all and won’t even go out of her way to say hello.
