I never have to sit through long automated menus or wait on hold—someone always answers the phone and helps right away. The staff are consistently warm, kind, and professional. Great care and service. The staff was welcoming, and the dentist was very gentle and attentive. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. The procedure was smooth and comfortable. I’m very satisfied with the overall experience.
I love rhis office!! They always treat you great! From start to finish, I recommend my friend and she said she loves this office too. I have my kids, my husband and me going here, and now my friends. I’ve been to this office about three times now and every time has been a good experience. I left a dental office in Southington because I got the feeling they were being dishonest about needing dental work. I had absolutely no pain and they told me that I was going to need almost $2000 worth of work and tried to quickly schedule me.
