I lived in one of there properties for over 2years. Never paid my rent late. Had a interior inspection every 6months, always reported back good. At the end of my tenancy I paid my last months rent and put in my 30day notice to vacate. Did the walk out inspection everything was fine. Then 21days they refused to give me my full $3,000 deposit back. They wouldn’t even send me a list of what my deposit was spent on. Don’t trust this company they will not give you your deposit back. I’m in the process of sueing them now.
Cloverland Property Management has got to be the best of the best. They have went above an beyond for my family. Thank you so much for your understanding without judgement. Thank you for finding my family a home that we can feel comfortable in for the next few years or longer, God willing.
