If you are considering living here, DON’T! I have lived here for about 3.5 years and am finally leaving. When they raised the rent on us earlier this year - that was the final straw for me. This building is old, dirty, falling apart. In my unit alone I had ceiling leaks for months both in a bedroom, kitchen, and dining room. We had dirty sewage water leak up from the pipes in the bathroom and spill everywhere, all over the bathroom floor, sink, under sink, drawers. BH Properties are the most unprofessional company you can only imagine. They don't care about tenants at all. You will never get any information: name, phone number, email or physical address of anyone in charge of anything. The ONLY contact person is a Property manager, who never know any answers, because "they wait to hear from office". All the complaints, phone calls, emails are unanswered. Great location, good building overall, fast fixes. Amazing rooftop views, EV chargers, recycling bins, laundry. The managers...I've had a love-hate relationship with them for over three years. They are a very caring old couple who genuinely care about who to rent apartments to, not only based on your income/credit/other formalities, but also your personality.
