Worst place EVER. Priya is the manager, she is a nightmare. Has weird relationship with tenants in 410, hiding something, defending them when they are loud and horrible, blaming other tenants for issues around the building, constantly rude, yelling swearing at tenants, has dropped the F bomb to me and others. Told me the people above me have money and nice clothes and old they would never make noise. Putting me down and blaming me for complaining about banging all day and night. Worst experience of my life
If you are considering living here, DON’T! I have lived here for about 3.5 years and am finally leaving. When they raised the rent on us earlier this year - that was the final straw for me. This building is old, dirty, falling apart. In my unit alone I had ceiling leaks for months both in a bedroom, kitchen, and dining room. We had dirty sewage water leak up from the pipes in the bathroom and spill everywhere, all over the bathroom floor, sink, under sink, drawers. BH Properties are the most unprofessional company you can only imagine. They don't care about tenants at all. You will never get any information: name, phone number, email or physical address of anyone in charge of anything. The ONLY contact person is a Property manager, who never know any answers, because "they wait to hear from office". All the complaints, phone calls, emails are unanswered.
