I have lived at this outstanding apartment complex almost a year now. It is very clean and extremely well maintained. The owners work very hard and are extremely honest. If you ever have a concern, just let the owner know, and it will be resolved immediately. I am fortunate to have found this place and hope to become a long term tenant.
I've lived here (in one of the Duplexes) for 17 years so far, which is how good I think this place is. And I'm not the only one. We have several long time residents here. As others have said, it's not GRAND with all the bells an whistles, but simple, clean an easy to live at. And the Landlord/Owner encourages you to let him know about problems ASAP, and they typically respond same day to fix it, but if they can't do the fixing, they will call the professional to fix it, which is typically same day as well.
