While I have used Clover Services for over 12 years and always been very satisfied with their work, my experience last month was disappointing. The technician did not arrive with the parts even though I had carefully explained what was needed when scheduling the appt. He then left for nearly 2 hours to get the parts and when he returned it was very difficult to understand him and his explanation for the delay. They are really bad in communicating. I scheduled a service between 10-12 AM for my hot water heater/expansion tank. They confirmed my reservation in three emails. Waited all day, called them twice ( got answering machine)..no contact. Sent them an email about it…NO RESPONSE. Guess they do not need the money…..

I can't say enough good things about Clover. They came out and diagnosed a difficult HVAC scenario where an OEM recall failed. Worked through a short-term solution and provided a longer-term path forward as well. The front office was timely in scheduling service, communicated up front the process and potential service fees, and were overall a pleasure dealing with. Mason Craig was my technician. I would highly recommend Mason! I had a few leaks with my water heater. I can unequivocally say that Mason will NOT be your nightmare servicemen. He is very thorough, professional, and respectful. I would recommend asking for Mason if you want as much of a stress-free experience as one can hope for.
