Hired Clover for snow removal at my 91 year-old mothers house... they came once, did a poor job, state the required work was more than they wanted, pulled up the stakes, and left... with snow covering the driveway and sidewalk, which were to be cleared per contract. They state they will return her payment. What kind of company leaves a 91-year old stranded in her house and storms off the property like a 2 year old? Feb. 2, 2015: I came home tonight to five feet of snow piled up on the sidewalk of my house by whomever Clover sent to plough my driveway today. It took me three and a half hours to clear a foot wide path. And in that 5 feet of snow, were bits of my lawn. I had put up stakes to show where the lawn so they wouldn't mess up my lawn, but the stakes were nowhere to be found. My neignbours and I are trying out different snow plowing companies, alas, I got the worst one!! Never again!!
Meghan is unprofessional,she made appointments with me twice and never showed, she did not return phone messages or emails. Tom did not return my phone message either. Employees admitted that the landscape department has had many complaints about them not showing for appointments And not returning messages. I will not recommend this company.
