Terrible terrible company, do not use this company for any reason regarding Medicare part c, use regular Medicare or another carriers

Just because you work in the healthcare field, that doesn't entitle you to the handicapped parking. Clover Health's employee not only illegally parked, she was sitting down inside with no quams about it. This is the only handicapped space at the Starbucks on Meadow Road in Rutherford and despite there being 5 open spots all around her, she decided to take the handicapped. She has no excuse either. Calling the so called customer service is not working at all. I've been trying for days and the phone answers but never to a person that can help. The healthy Benefits has not worked in the last quarter to last year and so far this year. On top of that I'm trying to find a Spine Doctor for a problem I have. Used the physicians directory and that's garbage it's either not a doctor, chiropractor, or doctor that does not take clover.
Thanks to Carmen and the nurse whom visited me yesterday 11/6/25 to make sure I'm doing as well as I can. And telling me about my many benefits at Clover. God bless you all! Don B.
