Dr Shelton operated on my right ear a few years ago and I was pleased with the outcome of the surgery. However, I have not been happy with access to care since the surgery. Twice, I have had a severe infection in that ear and it is impossible to be seen in the office. The office has no policy to deal with acute problems. I recently called with a problem in early June and was offered an appointment in late October. I asked if they could prescribe an antibiotic over the phone which they were reluctant to do without being seen.... read more

Dr. Shelton removed a cholesteatoma I had as a child and I will be forever grateful to him. He's been very good and I've felt he addresses the problem and is willing to answer any questions I have for him.
