When I first called to make an appointment, the lady that answered was very friendly and helpful. When we got there, everyone we came into contact with was the same, and my grandson really liked Dr. Reynolds!
Both of my girls 7 and 17 aren't very keen on previous dental appointments but the staff particularly the front line staff dental hygienists made even my apprehensive 7 year old actually enjoy her appointment. I thought it was going to be a wrestling match to get her to let someone clean her teeth...lol. Nope. She loved her hygenist as well as the Dentist. Great staff. Great office. it was an awesome experience my daughters first time ever going to a dentist and she was scared to death she came out all smiles and couldnt stop talking about it the staff are amazing
The Cleveland office is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff, quick, and efficient service. My granddaughter never complains. She actually likes visiting the dentist.
