Pushy rude solicitors and horrible customer service. Avoid this company.
You need to stop soliciting in neighborhoods that have no soliciting rules and being rude with people when they ask you to leave. Our homes are private property.
We’ve informed them several times of the No soliciting policy in our neighborhood and they have a blatant disregard for the rules. I cannot imagine if you signed an agreement with them. Would they obey their own rules?

After seeing several dozen winged bugs on the walls outside my house, I decided to call Cloud to get an estimate on getting my house tented. Brenton came out, did a thorough inspection of our property and told us they are just winged ants. No termites! Obviously it would have been easy to take advantage of someone who didn't know what termites looked like, but thankfully Brenton was HONEST! Speaks volumes. Even though they didn't perform any work for us, I do recommend them and will call them if we do ever have an issue.
These guys are the best. They have done hundreds of inspections for me and my real estate customers.... these guys are always on time, friendly, knowledgeable and informative! There are only two kinds of homes in Florida.... ones with termites and ones that are gonna get them! Call Trey and the guys at Cloud Termite and Pest when you find critters at your home!!
