I've had two units here for many years. I recently downsized and have just one. I've always been pleased with the units, how they are maintained and the how the grounds are maintained. I've been there when the lawn crew has been there and I've seen them spray for the weeds and clean up small pieces of trash that may have been left behind. I've also seen them spray for pests.
