REBECCA & ANGELA ROCK BI-RACIAL HAIR – I moved to Memphis last year from Washington DC and did not know what to expect from stylists in the South. Lambeth was GREAT! – Being a newcomer to the city of Memphis I have been looking for a while to find a place where I could go get my hair cut. WOW – I called at about 4:15 on a Saturday afternoon and she was able to work me in. Then, I got there and had no idea what I wanted. She was able to create a look that I love and I get constant compliments!!! And, I had fun the whole time I was there. What a great place!!!!!
cloud 9 should not design. Worst Salon Experience. No customer service. No skills – WAY OVER-RATED!!! I found this salon on here on city search, and read how fabulous it is. My experience, however tells a different story. The woman who answered the phone was abrasive from the beginning. I asked for Amber who I read so many reviews about, and was told she no longer worked there, but they would "take care of me". I fell for it and made an appointment. Memphis' Best Kept Secret – I went here to get my hair cut and colored before my wedding and Rebecca did such a wonderful job that I've been singing her praises ever since. She discusses what you want the moment you sit down in her chair and she actually listens and knows what I mean when I say "NOT PLATINUM BLONDE!" My haircut was also so perfect. She fixed what another girl messed up and I looked like a million bucks on my wedding day. Can't wait for her to make me beautiful again!
disappointed – My haircut was a little less than a year ago. I was new to the city and recommended by a friend to see the owner (I think it was Rebecca) at Cloud 9. The reviews online were great so I thought I'd give it a try. best custom hair ever – i have to admit, i was a bit nervous, but had many friends refer Amber to me at Cloud 9. She took the time to actually consult with me and discuss what i didn't like about my hair. i had just lost my stylist of many years because she moved out of town, so i was okay with the way it was, but i definitely wasn't getting compliments.
