I am so happy with my experience at Cloud Nine. I left my cat Stewart in their care for a month while I moved and took a much needed vacation. I was worried he would be distant and unhappy when I got him back. Just the opposite, he is even more lovable and so much better with not being so skittish. Thank you so much for his great care. I will be using your services again.

He was such a sweetheart and such a cuddle bug. He always put a smile on our faces. We would love to have Stewart come back to see us. I always miss my pets tremendously when I need to kennel them, but Cloud Nine and its caretakers do a great job for my precious babies while they're in their care. Highly recommended establishment!!!

Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our crazy girl Lilly. She can't wait to get out of the car now when we pull into your lot. You always manage to find an excellent playmate for Lilly, which makes her so happy....and yes, we all know that she has energy that just doesn't quit. Buddy enjoys his spa days at Cloud Nine. He is always ready to jump in the car to come see Brittany!! Thank you for always taking great care of him and making him look so handsome!! Highly recommend!!
