This is the third year we brought 3 of our cats for boarding while we were on vacation. Every time has been a great experience. Brittany was great with caring for our diabetic cat and scaredy cat who wouldn't eat. They went above and beyond to get them to eat and gave me regular updates until they were eating again. Thank you for everything- see you next year!
We love it here! As new puppy owners, we were looking for a home away from home for Bailey and we found it! Each member of the staff is professional, warm and nurturing! They are wonderful when we call to check on her and they are a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Cloud Nine for taking good care of our Bailey!
I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. When I come to get Cooper at the end of a stay, he runs around his caretakers as happily as he runs around us.
We used this place for many many years! The last time will be the last!! Not sure what is going on up there but BEWARE!! For my dogs they suffered, and I m disgusted that this hasn’t been addressed!! Should have put the balance on Credit cars because that would have been cancelled! My one dogs paws literally Raw! burnt skin what the hell!! I have photos and I’m not done!!

Trudy I am assuming that you took River to the vet. With your permission I would like to discuss this issue with him or her. The paws appear to be irritated, as I mentioned in an email earlier today, as opposed to being burned. If they were burned there would be blisters present, which there are not. There could be multiple reasons for the irritation and I would like to get to the bottom of this issue. I will await your permission to speak to the vet as well as the name of the attending doctor.
We won't use anyone else to care for Beckett when we go out of town!!! She is fairly high-strung but the employees do a terrific job taking care of her. We love picking her up after she's been bathed and she always has a new, adorable bandana on!!! We highly recommend Cloud Nine for your boarding needs!!! �����

Our Bubby and Lilly are seniors and they could not get better care at Cloud Nine. I never have to worry when we leave them in their care!����
