Our dog and us love Cloud Nine! He’s stayed many times and we are so happy he loves it here! It makes us be at ease and not worry when we knows he’s being taking care of so well! Brittney and Chelsea are the best and you can tell they love all the animals they care for like their own! 💙

Thank you Michelle! We love Grizzy and his grumpy old man face. He is such a different dog from the very first time he came to see us. I remember him growling, and barking at us in the office at first and trying to hide behind his sisters. Now he comes right in, greets us so nicely, and doesn't hesitate to follow us back. Thank you for sharing him with us and trusting us to care for him while you are away.❤
I boarded my cat in June for what was suppose to be a total of 10 days while I was traveling the west coast. I got a call on day 7 that my cat was taken to the vet for severe dehydration. By the time I talked to the vet I had to make an immediate decision regarding code status as she presented severely dehydrated. She died shortly after I spoke with the Vet. Koty recently started his day care at Cloud 9 (Even after we informed the wonderful staff of all the shenanigans that our husky is capable of). 😂. He recently developed bloat and had to have emergency surgery out of state and we just want to express our gratitude to Chelsea and Britney and the rest of the staff who have reached out to check in on Koty! LOVE the special care our girl Cricket gets at Cloud 9!! She has been staying there since she was a puppy and they are SO sweet to us as well. Love the feeling of vacation, and knowing our girl is being loved and spoiled💜🐶
They took great care of our 2 yr old raggle and our 9 yr old senior schnauzer- we are so thankful for their love and care for them!

Crazy happy with how Roscoe and Mary Jane did today with their evaluation!! It's such a relief knowing that they will be well taken care of while I'm away for my brothers wedding!!!
