We discovered Cloud Nine Cat Resort when sorting our move from Brisbane to Melbourne and we are so thankful to all the wonderful staff for taking such great care of our furry family members. I highly recommend Cloud Nine to anyone needing short or longer term care for your cats. We are now repeat customers and always know cats are in the best hands.
The employees were very caring towards my cat and sent me regular updates on how he was doing. I do not have a lot of prior experience using cat resorts but I have gained trust in Cloud Nine the past two times I have gone with them, thanks to their nice, considerate and helpful attitude! :)
We used this cattery for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The place was very clean and homely, and Nicole, is an amazing person to deal with. Thank you so much for the fantastic job looking after our beloved cats. We 100% recommend this cattery.
