A true Outer Banks gem! Cloud Nine is a fun, whimsical, happy store. You can purchase jewelry or local art and anything you need to make jewelry, including beads, stones and findings. The owner, Ginny, is an artist and teacher. She will make jewelry for you or teach you how to make your own. Ginny is a pro at wrapping your beach finds, especially seaglass.
Great experience. Ginny made us feel so welcome and jewelry class was lots of fun. Went back for more the next day!
