Not sure what doctor I spoke with but a complete waste of my time. I came in for a simple bloodwork requisition, something I get done yearly just to make sure everything is okay and to check things like my cholesterol and other routine health markers. Instead of simply giving me the requisition, the doctor told me I was “looking for problems within myself.” I explained that I get routine bloodwork done every year as a checkup, and he still continued with nonsense about only ordering bloodwork if I had symptoms. Good clinic and efficient but don’t ask loudly to every person entering what’s your medical problem? This should be private between the doctor and you and not for the entire clinic and all other patients to hear. They need to take privacy seriously

Their operating hours are long, which is very convenient for me. Even though I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, it wasn't a big deal. They always answer the phone and explain things kindly. I was especially impressed by the receptionist at the front window—she was so kind and nice. Her warm smile made me feel relieved and happy today. Thank you!
