this was honestly the best walk in experience I have ever had. the front reception staff were so kind and despite walk-ins being closed for the day, I explained my situation and the doctor was able to fit me in and get me the care I need. everyone there was so kind and helpful, 100% recommend
They denied me service! Ridiculous!!! The person at the front desk must be new to this country because she did not recognize what a health card is. She even asked me if my health card is from the province of Ontario lol I told them that I literally used the health card yesterday in Richmond Hill and they accepted it and now I am downtown today and in more pain and wanted to see another doctor today so why is it not being accepted now?
