I had a wonderful experience and I love my nails
I travel the world for work and get Manis and pedis whenever I can, wherever I can. Betty is by far the best I’ve had in a very long time. Knowledgeable, professional, honest and kind. What a treat to find this gem! My nails look amazing and I can’t wait to return. I will no longer be getting my nails done when I travel, I’ll be more than happy to be getting them done when I’m home!
I have been coming to this place for over two years now and today felt compelled to leave a review. The tech was very sweet but didn’t really listen to my request nor check in if my expectations were met. I had to stop her a couple times; my nails were trimmed way more than I asked for and the shape wasn’t close to my usual despite showing reference photos. I had an appointment at 5:45 with a selected technician (meaning I did not choose any staff, I wanted a particular technician). I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, after I selected my colour for my pedicure I was taken to the pedicure area where the lovely front desk person set me up for a foot soak while I waited for the tech to finish with her client. Had a great experience here for Mother’s Day with my Mom! I have sensitive feet from running and they were so gentle! So relaxing, quiet with nice music and nice massage.
