Cloud 9 is the only place I shop for my vape supplies and juice. The staff is very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. The shop is always very clean and well organized. I would recommend Cloud 9 to anyone who is interested in starting to vape, or needs an upgrade to their current rig. Outstanding customer service and genuinely good people. "Rebelution" is my favorite house flavor.
We visited here today and I love this place! This was our first time in the shop, but definitely won't be our last. If you're in the oxford area I recommend you check it out.
