I have known the owner since 2015. She is a delight! All of her staff are super helpful and patient with not only helping customers, but chit chatting along the way! This store never ceases to amaze me with the array of flavors and devices! I have bought many vapes from here and have loved every single one of them!

wish I would of known about this place first we came from a different vape store because we were very unhappy with the service went in today and Ryan fixed my husband's mod that wasn't working also felt very welcoming and easy to talk to. you guys have customers for life.
The only place I will ever go for all things vape. The staff is always helpful and knows there stuff. It feels like home every time you walk in the doors. There is no better vape shop around than cloud 9!
