Sean was excellent! We told him our budget and what we were looking for and he walked us through everything. He quickly responded to all my questions (and I had a lot) and even filled up 2 different hot tubs for me to see the difference between the models. He was very professional and courteous, not "salesman-y" at all which I really appreciate. Highly recommend Cloud 9 Spas!
Sean sold is our hot tub and made us feel extremely comfortable and his professionalism was amazing. We love our new tub and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants a quality product. Outstanding!!!

Sean is the best! He had to come back to our house 3 times due to location issues with the placement of the hot tub. He graciously stored the hot tub back at his warehouse until we could figure out where we were putting it. Explained the differences in the hot tubs, how to run/maintain them. Highly recommend Sean!! Price was great too.
