I went in with a sore back from laying on hotel bed for the past two nights. I was expecting a 10 minute chair message not elbows knuckles and rolling pins. I left with more pain then I started with and now dark bruising on my neck and back. I understand this may be your technique but we never discussed anything before treatments and you refused to stop when I said it was hurting. Nothing about this message was relaxing
This is the BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN! BAO is truly amazing and helps me when nothing else relieves my chronic pain. I get gua sha, massage, amd she gives me bo jin. It takes away my migraines, helps me relax and feel rejuvenated. Only see BAO.
Incredibly disappointed – Completely unprofessional and overcharged I am incredibly unhappy with the service we received here. I brought my father in for what should have been a relaxing break between his doctor's appointments at the Mayo Clinic, but it turned into a stressful, uncomfortable, and wildly overpriced experience. Wow wow wow I have been to massages around the world at some of the top spas in the world and this was honestly the most relaxing and releasing massage that I have ever had. I walked in stiff, feeling like my shoulders were in my neck and I’m walking out feeling relief that I so desperately crave. Bao and Lisa were incredible and so warm and sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!!
I had a neck and face gua sha massage and Bao was fantastic! I would recommend!
