RecommendedNice salon with friendly staff. HollyAnn has been my stylist since 2011. She is new to this salon. I have followed her career from her starting in Lafayette, when she moved to Ohio I tried other stylist, however she is the only stylist I have had who taken the time to understand my curly hair, so I started going to Ohio to get my hair done. She has now started at cloud 9. Had a wonderful cut and style. If you have difficult hair HollyAnn is your answer. She is a rock star
Stylist need to be ready and available to take confirmed appointments, especially 9:00 am appointments when they first open. No respectful of my time when over book or take special clients knowing this will push the other person back 15+ minutes. I waited 10 minutes past but then left. Not professional to do that to anyone. Most women are trying to take time for themselves with hair cut at salon and to be asked to give additional 10-20 minutes to them to wait because overbooked is disappointing.

RecommendedSarai is our stylist for my family. She is amazing at color. I would recommend her for anyone wanting to enhance your current color or change it up. She also cuts both my boys hair and my 11 year old says “ no one is allowed to touch my hair but Sarai”! 😊 We always feel well cared for at Cloud 9. The entire staff is wonderful.

RecommendedI would recommend Sarai at cloud 9 to anyone I meet! She has been my stylist for 5 years now. Not only does she give spectacular haircuts, she will also educate you on the cut she gave you (shape, texturizing, etc) and styling techniques to recreate the look. She is well versed on all hair types and what care or product they require. You will leave her chair feeling great with a beautiful cut and plenty of laughs care of her great stories and witty sense of humor!
