I loved coming here when I lived in Indiana...the environment and vibes of cloud 9 are so relaxed. Erin has been the only person I let touch my hair for years after someone botched and destroyed my hair. She brought it back to LIFE!! I can’t say enough great things about Erin, her professionalism and her work itself - she’s amazing.
Alyson Graham is fantastic, I am so so so picky and she perfects my hair everytime! Matching my natural blonde with a brighter blonde and making sure my grow out isn’t bad is her talent!

I have always had a beautiful thick head of hair. I noticed that my hair was falling out, lots of hair. I was going to call the doctor to find out what my options were. Instead I called the owner of Cloud 9 spa Mindy Stegall. I ask Mindy what she would recommend. needless to say I was scared. I had never experienced this problem before. Stacie Jo is amazing. I've been to her a few times for a facial and she never disappoints. She is so warm and engaging and really listens to what you have to say during your consultation. I don't think I've ever met a genuinely nicer person who can help you relax so easily and I will continue to go to Cloud 9 as long as she is there! She's the best!
