Kelly is great!! I'm new to the area and made an appointment at Cloud 9 because it was close to my home. I lucked out when my appointment ended up with Kelly. She does a good job!!
Started going to get hair done then massages now facials and product. I have tried mAny places in the surrounding areas!! I give Cloud Nine a 5 star rating!! Love this place
RecommendedIt was absolutely fabulous, from first step in the door, to refreshing cool drink in a nice relaxing room. My stylist was prompt, and truly listened to my particular concerns about coloring. I enjoyed my appointment and left feeling like a million bucks.
I have been getting massages from Jennifer every two weeks since Christmas. What a wonderful, relaxing time! I even treated my sister when she came to visit me last month. Love, love, love the peppermint flurry. The gals who work up front are so nice and welcoming, too.
RecommendedI come to Cloud 9 usually to get my hair done(they do a fantastic job) Yesterday, I went for a full body hot stone massage and was the BEST massage I have ever had! Annie was my masseuse. The employees are very professional, courteous and genuiely caring. Unlike other massage places I have went to, Cloud 9 actually sits down with you (like a consultation) before your massage and asks questions that can help better your massage experience. Love this place. Great spa vibe, very attentive to all customers' needs. The first time I went in I was served chocolate covered strawberries and a mimosa. Those are the little touches that make Cloud 9 stand out. I'd trust any of them with my time and money.

Annie is an amazing masseuse and such a sweet woman. Always enjoy being taken care of by her and I will continue to use her.
