Carrie (sp?) did my daughters hair for prom yesterday and it was beautiful! Well worth the hour drive we made to come to Cloud 9!! Would highly recommend!!
Kelsey is amazing!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She always suggests great updated cuts and hair color! She keeps my look trendy and up to date! She also has the best personality!!
I had the best experience at Cloud 9 recently. Haven't been to a salon in awhile and really needed it! My stylist Kadi (hope I spelled that correctly) could not have been sweeter and really listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. I loved the cut and her scalp massage is sooo relaxing! Will be making another appointment with her again soon. Owner/Manager Mindy would come by and ask how I was doing which is comforting when trying a new salon. After a not-so-great experience last weekend, Mindy reached out to make things right without excuses. She took the haircut I was left with from another stylist and personally went out of her way to work on my hair. She is fantastic! Miracle worker and customer service off the charts. I left with my chin up and a bounce in my step that hasn't been there all week. THANK YOU for caring about my experience with your salon. I am beyond grateful.

I love this Salon! Everyone is very friendly from the moment you walk in. My stylist Leslie listens to me and creates an amazing haircut and color. She offers advice and tips and keeps me up to date on new trends. She is amazing!
