I normally have a great experience coming into the shop and was looking forward to seeing this sweet employee who has helped me multiple times but she was not there it was a white woman with purple hair and glasses and I simply asked where’s my favorite employee and she responded in a very racist way; proceeding to describe employees by the color of their skin in ways that is untrue and also talking about the size of people bodies and put on an accent that made me feel mocked. Great customer service but we were there to buy disposable vapes. They told us what they tasted like so we chose when it tasted like cleaning solution before that the store tried to exchange it. They would not let us see it stuck with a $40 vape that taste like chemicals. I don’t think.
