Worst haircut of my life was done here. She hacked it off way shorter then I asked and it wasn't blended at all. It's been over a year and it's still struggling to grow back. I will never ever go here again or recommend anyone go here.

Hi Alisha! We'd love to have feedback from our clients. But for future reference you should call and come in the week of your service. The last time we have you on record was July 1st of 2016. That is a year and a half ago. I'm sorry that your hair doesn't grow. We also have the before and after pics of your haircut.
Brenda and John always do such a great job with my nails. And they are SO nice. They make it a fun and relaxing experience every time!
Kelsey was super sweet and made us laugh! She did an amazing cut on my teen daughters hair. She has earned 2 loyal customers!
I was pleasantly surprised to see that Nampa had such a great salon and spa! My husband and I got pedicures and really enjoyed it! Great conversation and very professional! I came back and the owner did my eyelash extensions and they look phenomenal! I highly recommend this salon!
I love it there. I have had manicure and pedicure, I enjoyed both. My hair cut not so much. My stylist was late for work and rushed her work. She also decided I needed bangs and cut the hair before I could speak and say no. It took a few weeks to get the bangs long enough to not go in my eyes. Even still I would go back again and again. They are way better than all other places I've been to so far.
Will defiantly be coming back so professional an nice you guys did an amazing job�
I just wanted to say, I have been going to John and Brenda for 10+ years. They opened they're spa for my family one year for mothers day and brought they're staff in to do pedi's and man's on about 12 women. They have always been professional and made things right, if I had a problem. I also get my hair and eyebrows done there. Its a shame to see them being bashed

My daughter came in the husband did her nails after 2 hrs of waoting . Didn't trim her nails. Im a cosmetologist 26 yrs and if i ever let some one walk out looking like they needed fills already i would have never had repeat buisness. They arent even smooth. Lumpy and lifting. She went back and the wife filled them and put a gel top coat ...no acrylic. So un processional.

Hi Norma! I think there is misunderstanding. Your daughter and her friend has originally had an appointment at 10:00 but was almost 2 hours late because they had to dropped her friend's kid off at some place. He worked her in as soon as he was done with his appointment. He also gave her a discount for waiting. I'm sorry that her nails were lifted. It usually doesn't happen. We will gladly give her a 50% off discount for her next fill. Thank you and once again we are sorry
