So I didn’t get a service but I was calling to see how much it would be and how long they would take to get to me. First off the person who I spoke to was very short with me and gave me nothing but a frustrated tone. He continued to be angry with me through out the call. Finally when I was quoted $180 (for a patch on my front right tire) I stated that I was okay and thank him for his time. He came back with asking me what my budget was, I told him Ive usually payed $50 and before I could finish talking he hung up on me haha.

Long review---I'm so sorry!!! When you call, the message says the calls are recorded... That's fine, better actually in this case. I called to see if someone could change my tire at my office, and the first person I spoke to (Jimmy) was very nice, thorough, and helpful. He told me it would be $325 TOTAL. I said ok and made the appointment. When I called to confirm a couple hours later, someone else answered--- John/Johnny, I believe--- and reconfirmed my address and that the price would be $325 and could pay cash or card.
