I went in this evening for my first float session it was amazing. Both my shoulder blades hurt really bad some neck pain and back pain came out feeling much better the tension and tightness was gone
Cloud 9 is amazing. If you haven't been in to try the infrared sauna or float, you must. I have 3 disks in my lower back that are out of place. I went in the infrared sauna and then floated after and I felt like a new woman!!! I could touch my toes again and it relieved a lot of pain as well. Get in and float if you haven't yet. You are definitely missing out!!

I had my first float session today and it was amazing! Being able to spend 60 minutes distraction free, stress free and stimulus free was the ultimate relaxation. As soon as I entered the tank and began to float, I could feel the tension in my body melt away. And my random, busy thoughts soon disappeared as well. I was calm and completely relaxed, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! Can't wait to float again!

In this fast paced world full of technology it was nice to disconnect for an hour and revitalize my mind and body. When I went in I was sore from working out heavily the night before and when I came out I felt like a million dollars. The whole building has a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
