Fast & friendly, I think it's great. The cryotreatment helped with my inflammation & pain. Definitely recommend giving it a shot. They also have other cool services as well.

I surprised my boyfriend with a float for his birthday. It was the first time for both of us. And it was incredible. Not only the pod experience but the friendly staff also made this place so relaxing and welcoming. We will be back!
I just went in for my first float and sauna experience and it was absolutely amazing! I felt so wonderful afterwards and slept like a baby. The environment is incredibly inviting and the staff very informed and enthusiastic. I learned a lot of really great information and thoroughly enjoyed my spa visit. I will definitely be going back again soon.
