I’m here on vacation and wanted to treat myself to a blowout. So happy I stumbled upon Cloud 10. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly, friendly informative and accommodating. Sally washed my hair all the while was fun to chat with about Delray and the different places to visit. Thank you to Ashley I love my hair, even this morning and I truly appreciate connecting with you. I highly recommend Cloud 10. I’ll be back on my next visit for sure.
Felicia at Cloud Ten is the real deal. She did my dry style and makeup and somehow made me look completely natural — like myself, but better. I got compliments all day and lost count of how many people asked who did it. Booking her again, no question. Great customer service all around!
Pricing is very vague. I was charged $85 for a blow out which was expected due to my thick long hair. I requested loose curls and was told she needed to make tight curls and expect them to drop. That was no problem however she pinned my curls while they cooled (then took them out) and failed to tell me there was a $20 upcharge for the pinning as that was considered an extra service.
