I had an absolutely horrible experience at this location. I am not one to write reviews, but this was such an unusually rude customer service encounter that I felt it was justified . Upon arriving at 10 am this morning, I was one of two customers who were met (not greeted) by store manager, Christy. As I proceeded to unload 14 bags of clothes, I received dirty looks and exasperation from Christy. Had a great experience yesterday. First time in the store, employees and manager super nice and helpful.
Customer service was terrible! The manager was really unfriendly. She also told me there wasn't a restroom when I had used the restroom there previously when she wasn't there. They keep it locked so she just didn't want to take the time to let me in. I was the only one in there by the way. Will never visit this location again!
I love the quantity and quality. I always find something really good.

Everytime I go into this location the snobby lady that always seems to be there has the worst customer service. She's rude and super unfriendly and had the nerve to tell me that my coach purse wasn't a real coach purse when I bought it myself from the factory outlet. I will NEVER set foot in the Frisco location again as long as she is still working there.
