First I was told after I arrived that because of COVID that my clothes had to be in a box or plastic bin. I totally understand that. The problem was that NO ONE behind the counter had on a mask and nothing was being wiped down. They even walked away from the plexus glass shield to speak to me. Secondly I took three brand new items from Loft with the tags on them from this Spring and they were only going to give me $8.23 for all three. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about what looks good and what doesn’t. I shop with them all the time and they are always so great!
Just a waste of a perfectly Good Friday off work. I brung in a ton of clothes and 2 purses and waiting around in the store for them to go through the items and I received $4. Not worth the time or effort. When I mentioned that they had the EXACT same jacket on their shelf for $28 she said the one I had was outdated. 🤔 ok. “Do you want to join our loyalty program?” Nah. I’m good lol

Had a brand new never worn Kate spade dress that was still in stores over $280 and a pair of brand new jcrew flats and a Michael Kors purse and was only offered $20! Staff seems to lack knowledge because another store took all of it and offered a much more fair price.... wouldn’t recommend for people looking to take their items in...

Buying items from them has been good so far. They have a great selection of plus size items, bit its the selling experience that is bothering. I took im 1 pair of knee high boots (worn several times) and 2 pair of wedge sandals I literally took out the boxes ( brand new) to sell. They accepted the boots but not the sandals due to condition. I probably took in 20 items and they bought 3 or 4. Again most only worn once and the rest I took tags off of just to sell. Are their certain brands you do not accept?
