The difference is unbelievable. My home feels more organized and peaceful thanks to the custom design Closet Factory built for my master closet and mudroom. The installers were professional, fast, and cleaned up afterward. I’m already planning my next project with them!

We always wanted organized closets in our home. The time Trinya spent in coming over and measuring the space we had in all of the closets we wanted was incredible. Tried my best to avoid a negative review but I have to be honest. The actual product is (conceptually) well done (once it's actually complete) and the installer was nice and hardworking. This is why I didn't give it 1 star. However, we started experiencing issues as soon as we agreed to move forward. Issue #1: December 14. They made some mistakes on our quote that I had them fix as they forgot some features we wanted. This was an honest mistake and didn't make a deal of it.
