In 2013 we used Closet Factory through Costco to build office desk and shelves in our previous home and were very satisfied with the work. Maybe we were naive to think we could get another good job at our newest home. The initial install was on March 30. After assuring us that all the pieces were in, the installers found that major pieces were missing. Covid-19 prevented completion of the install in a timely fashion and we understand that. I just installed a cabinet unit in a smaller bedroom!! Absolutely love it. The design was exactly what I wanted and the quality is excellent. *****stars*****. Highly recommended.
Our designer, Jennifer, was so wonderful to work with on two projects: master closet and laundry room. Everything we wanted was addresses. The two different installs were performed by the nicest young men: Justin and Matt. Follow up calls to make sure everything went well. All parties were on time. I highly recommend Closet Factory!
The staff were very professional & helpful in all aspects of the process, from design to scheduling to install. The materials used are high quality. With limited closet space in our home, their closet organizer system really helps keep our things tidy and maximizes use of our closets.
They were timely, returned calls. The workmen were efficient and professional and polite. The finish carpenter was fabulous. They were at my house for 2 days installing 2 closets. My daughter got her “Princess Diaries” closet minus the remote, and is thrilled. I used them through Costco.
