Very well organized facility.
These people are amazing!!! They stayed a half hour extra to help us! Such a great staff and caring people! Especially Anjali!!! Thank you all! Novant staff has always been awesome to us !!
August 2020 visit: The level of incompetence at this location is astounding. They commit insurance fraud and try to charge you for services that never happened. Everyone working at this facility involved with this incident should have their license reviewed by the NC medical board. In August I came for a Covid test to make sure I was not an asymptomatic carrier before visiting my elderly parents. I did not have a physical exam nor an office visit. Received my first COVID-19 vaccination here. Everyone working here are professional and friendly at the same time.
Staff was so friendly and very professional. Yet they made you feel very at ease during these uncertain times. Nancy gave my vaccine and I never felt a thing. Arm never got sore either! Amazing group!
