I did not make an appointment, I walked in as they have a sign that says “walk-ins welcomed.” When I walked in, the lady just looked at me & then continued working on another lady’s nails. I was not greeted & was ignored as soon as I walked in. So I had to end up asking the lady if I can get a fill in & how much it would be. She told me no we don’t have availability for you, when there was only 1 other person in the entire store, getting her nails done. Been coming for 3 years but no more for me. Second time I waited for someone to arrive, (9:20). after waiting for the store to open 20 minutes late. Said I was there for a pedicure and was rudely told they were waiting for a customer. I would leave a a 0 star for rude customer review.

Walked in to get a fill in after work on Wednesday, the lady just looked at me & didn’t ask me what i needed to get done. No one else was in the shop but 1 person who was currently getting their nails done. I said hi i need a fill in, how much would it be? She rudely said no we don’t have availability for you. I heard some rumors about this lady saying this to others as well. It seems she picks & chooses who she would like to service. I will never visit here again.
