I was recieved by friendly staff and felt welcomed. I was looking for a clinic that was smaller and would not have a revolving door of staff. Dr Magyar was great with Wilson and his demeanor and conversation made me very comfortable with my decision to come to Close Veterinary. Thank you to all. In the photo....Where's Wilson??🤣
Consulted on dental work for my dog and had her scheduled. Apparently, due to faulty equipment is was called to retrieve my girl. Presented with yet another invoice and told to maybe reschedule. No appreciation for the undue hardship and aggravation, time away from work, the early morning drop off, the weeks of waiting. I have experienced care like this in the past, luckily this time it didn't have the same grave result. I will be seeking a more professional experienced vet to perform the procedure. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, the clinic is spotless, and welcoming from the moment you walk in, the team demonstrates genuine compassion for pets and their families!
