The doctor was very detailed and patient! I’m extremely satisfied. The front desk was very friendly and treated both pets and children very kindly. It made me feel valued and well taken care of—I really like it.！
This entire clinic is fabulous. Staff is great and services are reasonably priced. Dr. Alec Brown is by far the best reptile vet in the area. Wouldn't trust my reptiles to anyone else. When I get a future dog I will definitely be making the drive out to Kitchener for all veterinary services.
